III.2.2) Economic and financial capacity Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: Contractor in accordance with § 50 paragraph 1 point. c) of the Act shall submit a statement of its financial capacity to meet ekonomickéa public contract. Affidavit will be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier and its contents must be demonstrated that the supplier meets the requirement of client. If a supplier is a person different from the person authorized to act on behalf of the supplier must be submitted in the menu power of attorney in original or certified copy. III.2.3) Technical capacity Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if requirements are met: The information required and documents according to § 56, paragraph 5, point. a) of the Act: The Contractor shall submit a list of important supplies supplier realized in the last 3 years with an indication of the scale and the performance period; Annex to this list must be: 1 certificate issued or signed by the contracting authority, if the goods were delivered to the contracting authority, or; second certificate issued by another person, if the goods have been delivered to a person other than the contracting authority, or; 3rd contract with another person and proof of performance of the supply vendor, if not simultaneously be a certificate under section 2 of this person to obtain reasons on its side. Method of demonstrating compliance with the qualification requirements in accordance with § 56, paragraph 5, point. b) of the Act: The Contractor shall demonstrate compliance with this qualification submission of a list provided in the form of an affidavit, including relevant annexes, will be seen below defined levels of compliance with qualification requirements. Minimum level of standards possibly required: The definition of a minimum level of qualification criteria appropriate to the type, range, and complexity of the subject of the public contract in accordance with § 56, paragraph 5, point. c) of the Act: The Contractor meets this qualification requirement, if the last 3 years implemented at least 3 deliveries of similar nature and scope. Supply of similar type and scope means the delivery of electricity in the financial range min. CZK 5 million in one year, without electricity tax and VAT.
